Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) continues its journey toward a more connected and technology-enabled campus with the completion of nine additional Smart Classrooms across three buildings, together with a Lisa Tech Smart Conference Room.

The latest expansion builds on a trusted partnership between BiPSU and Lisa Tech Philippines that began in 2024, reflecting the university’s continued investment in learning and collaboration environments designed for the evolving needs of educators, students, and institutional leaders.

Across the nine classrooms, Lisa Tech Smart Classroom Solutions bring together teaching technologies within connected learning environments designed to support interactive instruction, presentations, digital collaboration, and more flexible classroom experiences.

Rather than treating technology as a collection of separate devices, the goal is to create spaces where the different components work together to support the natural flow of teaching and learning.

From Smart Classrooms to a Smarter Campus

For BiPSU, this latest project represents more than the addition of new classroom technology.

By continuing to expand Smart Classroom environments across different buildings, the university is steadily building the infrastructure for a future-ready Smart Campus, where educators have access to more connected teaching tools and students can experience learning environments designed for participation, collaboration, and digital readiness.

The addition of the Lisa Tech Smart Conference Room also extends this transformation beyond the classroom.

Designed for institutional meetings, presentations, discussions, and collaborative decision-making, the conference environment brings integrated technology into another important part of university life.
