Lisa Tech Connects with Catholic Education Leaders at CEAP National Convention 2026
Lisa Tech joined educators, school leaders, administrators, and education stakeholders from across the Philippines at the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines National Convention 2026, held from September 22 to 25, 2026 at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino in Cebu City.
Under the theme “Newness in Catholic Education: Charting a Constellation of Hope,” the four-day national gathering brought together the Catholic education community for reflection, formation, collaboration, and conversations about the changing needs of schools and learners.
For Lisa Tech, the convention provided an opportunity to listen to school leaders, reconnect with partners, and discuss how Smart Classrooms, connected learning environments, and Smart Campus systems can support institutions as they plan for the future.
Connecting Directly with School Leaders
One of the most valuable parts of an education convention happens outside the formal sessions.
Throughout CEAP 2026, the Lisa Tech team met directly with educators, administrators, and school partners to talk about their current learning environments, technology priorities, and future plans.
These conversations matter because every institution is different.
A school may be exploring its first interactive classroom. Another may already be planning multiple connected learning spaces. Others may be considering hybrid rooms, conference environments, campus-wide technology, or ways to improve how existing systems work together.
Understanding those differences is an important first step before recommending a solution.
Smart Classroom Technology in Action
Visitors also had the opportunity to experience Lisa Tech technology firsthand through demonstrations.
Rather than presenting technology purely through product specifications, Lisa Tech demonstrations are intended to show how tools can function in practical education settings.
Educators can see how interactive technology may support presentations, annotation, digital resources, collaboration, and different teaching scenarios while asking questions based on the realities of their own classrooms.
This approach reflects a core Lisa Tech principle:
Technology works best when it supports educators, rather than asking educators to work around the technology.
From Smart Classrooms to Smart Campus Systems
The conversations at CEAP 2026 also reflected a broader shift in how educational institutions are thinking about technology.
Smart classrooms remain an important part of connected education, but the needs of a modern school often extend beyond individual classrooms.
Institutions may need technology across Smart Classrooms, collaborative learning spaces, Smart Conference Rooms, hybrid halls, multimedia and recording spaces, administrative and institutional environments, and wider Smart Campus systems.
When these spaces are planned as part of a connected environment, technology can support not only classroom instruction but also meetings, training, communication, collaboration, and school operations.
For Lisa Tech, the Smart Campus concept is ultimately about creating technology environments around the different ways people teach, learn, meet, work, and connect throughout an institution.
Technology Within a Wider Mission of Education
CEAP framed its 2026 convention around renewal in Catholic education and the idea of schools as part of a wider “constellation of hope.”
The convention emphasized renewing the identity and mission of Catholic educators, strengthening relationships across Catholic school communities, supporting integral formation, and turning reflection into collaborative action.
Technology is only one part of that much larger mission.
For Lisa Tech, this makes the role of education technology particularly important to define clearly. Technology should not become the purpose of education itself. It should help the people and institutions carrying out that purpose.
A well-designed learning environment can provide educators with more ways to communicate ideas, collaborate, access resources, and engage students while keeping human teaching and institutional values at the center.
Four Days of Conversations and New Connections
Across the convention, Lisa Tech had the opportunity to meet both existing school partners and institutions exploring new possibilities for their campuses.
The conversations ranged from immediate classroom needs to longer-term plans for technology-enabled learning environments.
Those discussions are valuable because they allow schools to begin with their actual priorities rather than with a predetermined product.
They also give Lisa Tech an opportunity to better understand what educators and school administrators need from technology in practice.
Congratulations to the CEAP Community
Lisa Tech congratulates the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines and the entire CEAP 2026 organizing team for bringing together such a large and diverse community of Catholic educators in Cebu.
The convention created four days of learning, dialogue, fellowship, networking, and collaboration around the future of Catholic education.
We are grateful to every educator, administrator, and school partner who visited the Lisa Tech booth, joined a demonstration, asked questions, or simply sat down with the team for a conversation.
The convention may have concluded, but many of those conversations are only beginning.
Lisa Tech looks forward to continuing to support schools as they explore Smart Classrooms, connected learning environments, and Smart Campus systems designed around the people who use them every day.
