Baguio City, Philippines – January 9, 2026 — Saint Louis University (SLU) formally opened 2026 with the blessing of its new Spaces of Collaboration, marking a meaningful step forward in creating modern, collaborative learning and work environments across the campus.

Lisa Tech was honored to take part in the ceremony, particularly in the blessing of the School of Law Smart Classroom, together with the Lisa Tech team and Founder and CEO Elijah Lao, in partnership with Saint Louis University.

The series of blessing ceremonies covered several newly renovated and modernized facilities, including the Office for Legal Affairs (OLA), the University Information Office (UIO) and Studio, the School of Law Smart Classroom, and the Men’s Dormitory of the Student Residence Halls. The ceremonies were led by SLU President Rev. Fr. Gilbert B. Sales, CICM, PhD, together with Rev. Fr. Emanuel Enjang Pranatal, CICM, members of the SLU administration, and partner contractors.

A Smart Classroom Designed for Collaboration and Modern Learning

A major highlight of the ceremony was the blessing of the School of Law Smart Classroom, located at the Moot Court Room on the fifth floor of the Diego Silang Building. As the first smart classroom of its kind in Baguio City, the space reflects SLU’s commitment to forward-thinking legal education through collaborative, technology-enabled learning environments.
